Jillian Keith is a seasoned trial attorney who focuses her practice on catastrophic injury, commercial and product liability cases. Her experience is wide-ranging and includes toxic tort and product liability, commercial, banking and employment litigation. Jillian represents clients on both the defense and plaintiff side, and serves as first chair in trials involving multimillion-dollar claims. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and California, and has practiced pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions where clients seek trial representation.

Jillian’s undergraduate academic major was in pre-medical studies, during which she worked as a research assistant in a biomedical engineering laboratory. She assisted in conducting research into diabetes, nerve regeneration and post-surgical adhesion prevention. During that time, she coauthored an article published in the Journal of Biomedical Materials Research. Jillian currently serves as an instructor of deposition skills at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
