JoAnn Dalrymple is a litigation partner with 21 years of experience helping clients resolve their commercial, insurance and healthcare disputes — from representing their interests in court, in arbitration or before administrative agencies to advising them on “best practices” to minimize litigation exposure in the future. She has handled litigation in numerous federal and state courts across the country, including class actions, complex litigation and appeals and has extensive arbitration experience. She has effectively overseen large single- and multiple-plaintiff litigation matters involving thousands of claims and has efficiently managed teams of attorneys and paraprofessionals to streamline litigation in complicated cases.

Ms. Dalrymple has substantial ERISA, employee benefits and managed care litigation experience and has represented benefit plans, providers, employers, claims administrators and insurers in ERISA, Medicare and Medicaid, and other federal and state law benefit disputes and related administrative proceedings. She counsels her clients on contracting matters and HIPAA, “prompt pay” and other industry-related federal and state law compliance issues.
