With permitting and environmental regulations growing increasingly complex, Bryan Echols has earned a reputation among commercial and residential real estate developers for his ability to move projects forward. Bryan is frequently engaged in challenging annexation, zoning and other land use applications in Franklin and Williamson County, Tennessee. He successfully obtained zoning approval for the Westhaven and Berry Farms mixed-use developments as well as Lockwood Glen, Barclay and numerous other residential development projects.

Responsive and efficient, Bryan counsels clients by understanding both their objectives as well as the challenges they face with each development project. As a result, he has built long-standing relationships with the clients he represents, and much like the real estate developers and lenders to whom he is a trusted advisor, Bryan takes pride in his role in bringing projects from planning to completion.

A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Bryan served in the Air Force for 22 years as an Air Force Judge Advocate. Among his assignments he served as the Department of the Air Force Office of the General Counsel representative during the 1995 Base Realignment and Closure Commission process, and as counsel to the Office of Military Cooperation in the American Embassy in Kuwait.
