John Clough is Board Certified in Business Litigation by The Florida Bar and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers Magazine.

John practices in the area of commercial litigation, and he has extensive trial experience in a variety of complex business matters. The cases he handles include various types of construction, real estate, and business disputes, as well as cases involving unfair competition, restrictive covenants, usurpation of corporate opportunities, theft of trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, and corporate control disputes.

John is certified in the Florida Bar as an expert in business litigation law which includes dealing with the legal problems arising from commercial and business relationships including litigation of controversies arising from those relationships. His expertise includes evaluating, handling and resolving such controversies before state courts, federal courts, administrative agencies, mediators, and arbitrators.

He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Florida, the United States Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Clough received his law degree from the University of Miami. John joined the firm in June of 2017.
