John Raney maintains a broad mergers and acquisition practice, encompassing public and private acquisitions, dispositions, tender offers, co-investments, joint ventures, and venture financing. John represents public and private companies, and private equity firms, in transactions involving US and non-US companies across a wide range of industries, from health care to retail, manufacturing, real estate, and beyond. He also counsels clients in general corporate matters and has represented issuers and underwriters in numerous debt and equity securities offerings.
