John D. McGrane is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Energy Practice. Mr. McGrane has more than 35 years of experience representing electric utilities and other participants in the electric power industry. Mr. McGrane advises clients on all facets of electric regulation and structure. He has been heavily involved in representing utilities in audits and investigations by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Enforcement. Mr. McGrane also has been active in the areas of mandatory reliability standards; electric transmission issues; restructuring; mergers, acquisitions, and asset transactions; affiliate issues; and power purchase sales and agreements.
