John Quattrocchi is a partner in the Corporate Department of Weil’s Dallas office. He advises clients on a wide range of complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, including cross-border transactions, and he provides advice on general corporate matters and corporate governance issues. Mr. Quattrocchi has also represented a number of debtors on various corporate matters in connection with reorganizations and sales under the Bankruptcy Code. He has extensive experience across various industry sectors, including communications, energy, media and entertainment, sports, technology and transportation, among others.
