John F. Della Grotta is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Orange County office. His practice focuses on capital markets, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and securities matters for publicly held and private companies, private equity sponsors and financial advisors. Mr. Della Grotta has represented clients in a broad range of industry segments and has developed substantial experience representing technology, energy, healthcare, real estate and retail and apparel companies.

Mr. Della Grotta actively represents companies in connection with internal investigations as well as SEC investigations and stock exchange proceedings and special committees in connection with a variety of transactional matters.
