John F. Hartigan

John F. Hartigan is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. He advises clients, including some of the nation's largest financial institutions, on a variety of subjects, including securities law issues, broker-dealer matters, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement, insurance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Mr. Hartigan, who was with the SEC for more than eight years and served as Branch Chief and Assistant Director of the Division of Enforcement, is a frequent lecturer, panelist and author on topics relating to securities law, institutions and broker-dealers.

Mr. Hartigan is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia.
