John Ha

John Ha is a partner at DuFour Conapinski LLP. His areas of practice cover a range of business and financial matters, including project development, construction, and operation, project and tax equity financing and mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sector, with particular emphasis on renewable energy.

Prior to joining DuFour Conapinski LLP, John was a senior counsel with Akin Gump’s Global Energy Practice group and has spent his entire legal career in the project development and project finance space. He also served as an in-house senior counsel with the Power and Gas Division at Siemens Energy, supporting the products and solutions businesses for large gas turbines, steam turbines and controls.

Mr. Ha received his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 1994, his M.A. from George Washington University, The Elliot School of International Affairs in 1998 and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001, where he was a member of The Tax Lawyer journal.
