John DiBari concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions.

Before joining the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Department, Mr. DiBari most recently held a legal role with RAIT Financial Trust where he was responsible for structuring and closing mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions, as well as handling property acquisitions and dispositions and leasing of office and retail properties.

Prior to his time with RAIT, Mr. DiBari was Of Counsel with Winston & Strawn LLP in its New York office where he primarily represented major lending institutions including: Wells Fargo; Cantor Commercial Real Estate; Ladder Capital; Deutsche Bank and Natixis in connection with mortgage and mezzanine loans to finance commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, as well as new construction.
