John P. Flynn is a partner in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. An accomplished trial lawyer, John has extensive experience in high-stakes corporate and commercial litigation, including matters related to securities and professional liability, intellectual property and trade secrets, entertainment, toxic torts, environmental, insurance and reinsurance, product liability, and employment law. He has successfully tried or arbitrated more than 30 matters to conclusion. John represents plaintiffs and defendants and has recovered more than $200 million on behalf of clients in a variety of matters ranging from professional liability and trade secrets to human rights.

Prior to joining the firm, John was a partner and co-founder of the litigation firm McLeod, Moscarino, Witham & Flynn in San Francisco. He previously was a partner at Latham & Watkins and Dewey Ballantine, after beginning his career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
