John P. Ward has more than twenty years of experience as a strategist, counselor and litigator in the field of intellectual property. He has managed and assisted in developing the patent portfolios for some of the most innovative companies in the software, telecommunications and computer industries, including Intel, Google, AT&T, Visa, Micron Technologies, Rearden Commerce, Xobni, LookOut, Magellan Navigation, Siebel Systems, Alcatel, Cadence and Looksmart. He focuses his practice primarily on developing patent portfolios, IP transactions and licenses, as well as patent and trademark litigation.
