John Craiger invests in clients by immersing himself in their businesses and ensuring that the legal counsel he provides is relevant and impactful in the context of their priorities. He is a trial lawyer and litigator with a large commercial and creditor’s rights litigation caseload, and represents private and public clients on litigation matters arising under federal and state law, including claims based on breach of contract, trade secret and RICO theories. John uses his extensive trial experience, both in jury and bench trials, and in state and federal court to craft strategic approaches to even the most difficult issues. He also assists corporate banking clients and lenders in enforcing loan documents, appointing receivers and defending against lender liability lawsuits. He has handled numerous judicial and non-judicial foreclosures of real property liens and personal property security interests and works to enforce the rights of landlords under commercial leases, including eviction actions and lockouts. John has represented court appointed receivers on numerous occasions and has presented on several panels to discuss the tool of court appointed receivers.
