Jonathan Sanders is Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Department. He focuses on patent litigations, including managing complex cases in federal district courts, litigating appeals in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court and handling proceedings before the Patent and Trademark Office.

Jonathan also regularly works on securities cases including shareholder class actions, investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and NASDAQ, and regulatory matters.

He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2003, where he graduated with distinction, and his B.A. in English Literature from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2000, where he graduated in the top three percent of his class.
