Jonathan Price, a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Products Liability Group, has extensive experience in products liability law, environmental law, toxic tort and hazardous waste cases, commercial and securities litigation, insurance coverage litigation, insurance premium financing law and malpractice defense.
In the course of more than 30 years of practice, Mr. Price has been involved directly in many of the significant developments in pharmaceutical products liability law during this period, including the establishment of the federal preemption defense for generic drug manufacturers, development and contesting of theories of alternative liability, including associated market share litigation, and the expanded role of federal multidistrict litigation and statewide coordinated proceedings in the litigation of pharmaceutical mass torts.
