Jonathan M. Forster
has a national tax and life insurance practice. Jon represents ultra-affluent individuals and their families, many of whom are founders of large private concerns or serving as public company executives around the U.S., and are considering exits and/or long-term tax reduction strategies.
Jon also represents the life insurance industry and investment advisory industry with a focus on advanced sales and multi-family offices. Jon represents the life insurance trade association known as the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), carriers like TransAmerica, and many distribution centers including: National Financial Partners (NFP), Crump, and some constituents of the M Group. Jon’s role with the AALU includes publishing the Washington Report, their trade group newsletter advising on complex tax legislation and its impact on the life insurance industry, along with counseling its members on product developments. For the carriers and life insurance distribution centers, Jon and his team provide advanced market case design.
