Jonathan Ayre represents clients in acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures involving oil and gas assets, oilfield services companies, power generation facilities and other energy industry transactions. His corporate practice includes the formation of private equity-backed entities investing in the oil and gas and power generation industries.

Jonathan also represents clients in project development matters, with a focus on engineering, procurement and construction agreements for major capital projects, including liquefied natural gas facilities and nuclear and fossil-fuel power generation facilities. He counsels a range of clients on general corporate matters, including entity formation, equity ownership, and corporate governance.
