Jonathan Keen concentrates his practice on corporate, M&A, and securities matters.

Mr. Keen has extensive experience with M&A and corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, and other transaction documents in public and private company mergers and acquisitions; representing NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities; and preparing SEC filings for NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies. Mr. Keen's practice also includes counseling clients on a wide variety of corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Blank Rome LLP, Mr. Keen practiced as a transactional attorney in the Los Angeles office of a global law firm. He is a certified public accountant in the State of California and previously worked as an accountant for Ernst & Young LLP.
