Jon Spiller's practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in a variety of matters in state and federal courts across the U.S. He has experience in cases involving contractual disputes, state and local tax disputes in e-commerce, accounting disputes, adversarial bankruptcy disputes, white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and local and international arbitrations.

Jon also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented clients in divorce proceedings, military proceedings, drafted estate planning documents, and participated in trials against state entities. He is a frequent volunteer at the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program's South Dallas Legal Clinic and is a member of the Texas Pro Bono College.

Prior to practicing law, Jon worked in multiple interactive development and marketing capacities. These included directing cross-specialty teams in emerging technology development, managing advertising accounts for consumer brands, and developing/implementing marketing strategies for a variety of product industries across interactive media.

Jon is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the American Bar Association.
