Jordan L. Hirsch

Jordan Hirsch is a partner in the firm’s Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Hirsch is also a member of the Boston Hiring Committee and the Associates Committee. He joined the firm in 2003.

Practice

Mr. Hirsch’s practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a variety of federal and state jurisdictions across the country. Mr. Hirsch has successfully argued appeals in the First Circuit Court of Appeals, tried cases to favorable jury verdict in federal district court, and obtained favorable settlements in patent infringement and commercial litigation involving a variety of technologies, including digital cameras, semiconductors and biopsy medical devices.
