Jordan Raphael is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice. An experienced commercial litigator, Jordan focuses his practice primarily on intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on trademark and copyright law. He also has significant experience in patent litigation. Jordan is known for his skill and knowledge relating to intellectual property surveys and damages analyses. He is a former Writing Fellow of the University of Southern California and a frequent author. He has contributed to the Oxford University Press publication, “Trademark & Unfair Competition Law,” and published several other articles on intellectual property topics.
