Joseph A. Mascia is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He has significant experience in the commercial real estate arena where he counsels real estate owners, developers and property owners, and users in a wide array of areas, including acquisition and disposition of office, multi-family, industrial, warehouse and mixed-use properties, as well as permanent, interim and construction financing. In addition, he represents owners and users in commercial office and retail leasing transactions.

Joe has worked on noteworthy local and national transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of notable properties in New York City and the tri-state area, air rights and ground lease transactions, large structured securitized financing, and real estate-based and asset-based financing.
