Josh Weiner focuses his practice on complex litigation and has particular experience in motion practice, pretrial discovery, and witness preparation. He currently is involved in Jones Day's defense of "Engle progeny" smoking and health suits brought against R.J. Reynolds in Florida and serves as lead defense counsel for Experian Information Solutions in several federal cases brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Josh also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of numerous tenants faced with eviction in Cleveland Municipal Housing Court. In addition, Josh represents clients seeking Holocaust reparations as part of Jones Day Cleveland's partnership with Bet Tzedek Legal Services.
