Joshua Bernstein advises local, regional and national clients with respect to a broad range of transactional real estate matters. His deal experience includes acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing of single-family residential, multi-family residential and condominium properties, as well as a variety of commercial projects (including office, retail, hotel and entertainment assets), together with the negotiation and drafting of joint venture and related agreements in connection with such matters. He also has extensive experience in the establishment and governance of large-scale, complex master planned communities, property owners’ associations, and condominiums, and is regularly called upon to act as legal counsel in these matters.
