Smith, Jr., Federal Judge for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her case work included a wide variety of civil and criminal appeals.

Ms. Park earned her PhD in English Language & Literature from Yale University where she was a book review editor and editor of the Yale Journal of Law & the Humanities. She received her BA, with distinction and honors, and MA in English Language and Literature from Stanford University.
