Julie D. Crisp

Julie Crisp is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins. Her practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.

Ms. Crisp advises a wide variety of clients, including private equity funds and public and private companies, with respect to the employee benefit and compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. In addition, she represents employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, severance and change in control arrangements, deferred compensation plans, and equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements.

Ms. Crisp is also an active participant in the firm's pro bono program. She has represented clients in connection with structuring deferred compensation and retirement plans, filing for tax-exempt status, obtaining veterans’ benefits, and wage and hour disputes in front of the Office of the Labor Commissioner.

Ms. Crisp received her JD from the University of Southern California, where she served on the board of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and was a teaching fellow in the Legal Writing and Advocacy Department.
