June Ghezzi has managed a wide range of general business and complex commercial litigation and product liability matters and has first-chair trial experience in state and federal courts in cases that have gone to verdict. Her experience covers a broad array of subjects, such as pharmaceutical product liability, contracts and commercial disputes, civil rights, theft of trade secrets, and municipal liability.
June has extensive experience in defending pharmaceutical product liability actions and has acted as lead counsel in coordinating and defending cases filed in federal and state courts nationwide on behalf of pharmaceutical companies. She has experience in federal multidistrict litigation, class actions, mediation, and appellate work on behalf of these clients. June also has defended clients in product liability cases involving the automobile industry, hospital and chemical products, and medical devices. She has defended and prosecuted commercial contract and tort cases that include corporate acquisitions, civil RICO matters, real estate investments, and employment disputes.
June is a member of the Trial Bar of the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country and has argued appeals in the Seventh, Eighth, and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals. She has served on the board of directors of the Federal Bar Association, Chicago Chapter. June also has been an instructor on expert witnesses, lectured extensively on attorney-client and work product issues, and participated in training NITA instructors for trial workshops.
