Junie Yoon is a counsel in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Palo Alto office, where she practices corporate and securities law. Her practice focuses on the representation of issuers and venture capital investors in the formation and financing of emerging companies in a wide range of industries, including software, networking, wireless communications, semiconductor, life sciences, clean energy, Internet, and retail. She also counsels emerging companies with respect to intellectual property protection, strategic relationships, recapitalizations, and other day-to-day general corporate matters, and advises public companies on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance responsibilities, SEC disclosure obligations, and compliance requirements.
