Justin L. Dees is a Shareholder in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Justin joined the firm in 2014. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on trying cases. Justin possesses extensive experience in matters involving professional negligence, consumer and banking litigation, business torts, contract disputes, unfair trade practices, factoring agreements, fiduciary dispute litigation, insurance litigation, fraud, trade secrets, non-competition agreements, products liability, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation.

Justin graduated first in his law school class and he worked at Holland & Knight LLP prior to joining Trenam.

Justin has provided pro bono services litigating and trying multiple international custody battles governed by the Hague Convention.
