Justin Whittenburg is a partner in the Houston office who rejoined Baker & McKenzie in November 2015 after almost four years as senior corporate and compliance counsel at a Houston-based leading global distributor of pipe, valve and fitting (PVF) products where he oversaw or was otherwise involved in all corporate aspects of the legal department, specifically including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate securities, corporate governance, global reorganizations, finance-related work, corporate compliance and other general corporate matters. Prior to his life as a corporate lawyer, Mr. Whittenburg was involved in project management for industrial construction projects in the petroleum and chemical industries.
