Kacy Romig's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, including the defense of product liability actions, medical negligence actions, Fair Credit Reporting Act claims, and other commercial matters. She also has assisted in the prosecution and defense of claims involving code-share and other aviation-related contracts. Her experience includes trial preparation, appellate litigation, taking and defending depositions, pretrial motions practice, settlement negotiation, mediation, conducting factual investigations, and managing discovery.

In 2011, Kacy was the Jones Day Fellow at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society where she represented clients in Georgia trial courts, defending against wrongful eviction attempts and obtaining protective orders for victims of domestic violence. She also advised clients on a variety of matters including divorce and child custody, access to education under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, housing rights, commercial disputes, and public benefits.

Since 2008, Kacy has been a coauthor of the Georgia chapter of Product Liability Desk Reference: A Fifty-State Compendium.

Kacy is a member of the LEAD Atlanta class of 2013, the Junior League of Atlanta, the Lamar Inn of Court, and serves as secretary of the Georgia Lawyers Chapter of the American Constitution Society.
