Kadie M. Jelenchick is a senior counsel and intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP where she focuses her practice on the resolution of patent, trademark, anti-counterfeiting, copyright, and other intellectual property disputes spanning many industries, including health care, telecommunications, software, internet applications, food, fragrance, and consumer products. She is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and is also a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.

Prior to joining Foley, Ms. Jelenchick was a judicial intern for the Honorable Sim Lake of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and for the Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
