Katherine McCormick is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office and a member of the Transactions Department.

Katherine practices corporate and securities law in the context of private and public emerging growth companies. She advises companies on a variety of matters, including initial formation, private equity and debt financings, mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, the periodic reporting requirements of publicly held companies, and general corporate counseling.

Katherine also maintains an active pro bono practice, which currently includes representing clients in immigration, asset transfer, and corporate governance matters. She received the O'Melveny Pro Bono Award in 2010.
