Katie’s practice primarily focuses on compliance with federal securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. She assists public companies with registered offerings of securities and collaborates with large and small public companies on their periodic reporting, proxy solicitations, shareholder communications and insider reporting requirements. Katie also represents public and private companies engaged in significant transactions, including stock mergers, cash acquisitions and asset purchases and sales.

Before law school, Katie worked as a marketing specialist for a variety of performing arts presenters, including Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, New Jersey Center for the Performing Arts, the New York Philharmonic, ICM Artists, Concert Artists Guild and WQXR-FM.
