Katherine Duncan focuses her practice on general representation of public and private technology and life sciences companies.

While attending law school, Katherine was Chief Production Editor and member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. She was a volunteer law clerk for the Cancer Legal Resource Center and a legal intern for Vivendi Games. She also served as a research and editorial assistant for Professors Therese Maynard and Dana Warren on their casebook Business Planning: Financing the Start-Up and Venture Capital Financing (forthcoming, 2010, Aspen Publishers, Inc.).
