Katherine Reilly counsels public and private companies in strategic equity and asset acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, including cross-border transactions. She advises clients on entity formation, reorganization, corporate governance matters and intellectual property matters. Katherine negotiates and prepares commercial agreements, including distribution, licensing, supply and services agreements, and also has experience representing issuers in debt offerings and convertible debt offerings.

Katherine represents clients in an array of industries, including healthcare, mining, wholesale suppliers, shipping, defense manufacturing, technology, real estate and food and beverage. She is on the executive committee of Invest Southwest and serves as ambassador for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council.
