Katherine Joffe is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice in Holland & Knight's Fort Lauderdale office. Ms. Joffe focuses her practice on commercial litigation and appeals throughout Florida with an emphasis on South Florida. She serves the litigation needs of a wide range of clients, representing both plaintiffs and defendants at the trial court level, as well as representing client interests before the appellate courts. Ms. Joffe provides advice to clients prior to the inception of litigation and counsels clients regarding pre-litigation resolutions. Ms. Joffe's litigation and appellate practices are concentrated on disputes involving contracts, real estate, torts and trade secrets. She has also successfully defended clients in both federal and Florida class actions in matters involving the disclosure of protected information, Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practice Act, and fraudulent misrepresentation.
