Kathleen A. Drapeau

Kathleen A. Drapeau, who is located in Cozen O’Connor’s New York office, is a member in the firm’s employee benefits and executive compensation practice.

Kathleen advises clients on all aspects of tax-qualified plans, non-qualified plans, welfare benefit plans, and severance plans, including plan design and administration, fiduciary matters, prohibited transactions, plan terminations, government audits, voluntary correction, and related securities law requirements. Kathleen's practice also involves counseling clients on benefits matters arising in business transactions.

Kathleen received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York, Oneonta in 1981, and earned her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1984, where she was editor of the American Criminal Law Review. She is admitted to practice in New York.
