Kathleen Rice provides strategic legal counsel to corporate and government entities on issues relating to data privacy, risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance with federal laws and regulations.
Kathleen's practice also focuses on legislative, regulatory and policy matters affecting companies, including the information technology industry. She advises clients on legal and public policy matters related to data security, privacy and compliance. Kathleen counsels clients on developing thoughtful policies that grow the Internet economy and enhance innovation, productivity and security. Kathleen is also an assistant adjunct professor at Notre Dame Law School where she teaches a course on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act enforcement and compliance.
