Kathleen Warin concentrates her legal practice on complex civil litigation, including professional liability and commercial liability cases. Her professional liability work includes the defense of medical and legal negligence cases as well as other professional negligence. She also has defended class action cases in federal and state court and complex commercial tort cases. Kathleen has successfully represented clients at the appellate level in both federal and state courts. She also has experience in matters involving securities, architecture/construction, product liability and bankruptcy. She has defended multiple cases in civil jury trials and has extensive experience in preparing and arguing motions in federal and state court.

While in law school, Kathleen clerked for judges in a state court and federal appellate court, experiences that helped her achieve the significant insight she applies to her legal practice.
