Kathleen T. O’Brien is an associate in the business department of Szaferman Lakind. Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson, Assignment Judge Superior Court, Mercer Vicinage. During her clerkship, Kathleen served as a mediator in the Special Civil Part of the Mercer Law Division.
Kathleen received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and graduated with a certificate in Business Law. She served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy. During her third year, she was honored with the Zaretsky Fellowship for her outstanding academic achievement in commercial and bankruptcy law.
