Kathryn Anne Grace

Kathryn Grace focuses her practice on general liability and professional liability matters with experience in aviation, product liability, toxic torts, consumer matters and 42 USC § 1983 civil rights cases. She has a broad client base, including lawyers, doctors and other professionals; property owners/managers; and health insurance/life insurance companies. Kathryn has appeared in federal and state courts throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area and in West Virginia.

Kathryn is widely recognized for her superior communications skills and ability to organize, strategize and continually assess the status of her cases to determine possible resolution opportunities. She makes it a priority to maintain constant contact with clients and carriers. Kathryn's excellent analytical skills and decisive ability make her an intrinsic member of Wilson Elser's aviation team. Her location in the DC Metro area positions her to represent a variety of aviation interests from commercial airlines to general aviation entities. She recently represented a legacy airline in a serious injury case arising out of lightning strikes at Reagan National. She has also represented one of the country's largest FBO's in a significant dispute with a regional airline.

Kathryn brings a high level of comfort to her practice on the global scene to her practice. She has traveled to various countries, including England, Wales, Scotland, Czech Republic, Italy, France, Austria, Hungary and Denmark. Born in Dublin, Ireland, she visits frequently and studied at the University College of Dublin for a semester in 2001. Kathryn lived in Dubai for three years as a child and studied in Sydney, Australia, for one summer during law school, with side trips to New Zealand and Fiji. More recently, in 2006, she visited Kenya and the Seychelles. Kathryn takes part in various pro bono and charitable activities, including organizing charitable walks annually for the metropolitan region. These have included Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Lawyers Have Heart.
