Kecia J. Reynolds

Kecia Reynolds is a partner in the law firm's Intellectual Property Litigation practice and is located in the Washington, DC office. She has extensive trial experience with patent enforcement issues and focuses her practice on representing clients before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and district courts. Ms. Reynolds has participated in more than 35 ITC investigations and has a wealth of knowledge and keen insights into ITC litigation strategy. Ms. Reynolds district court experience includes the Eastern District of Virginia, Middle District of Pennsylvania, and District of Delaware. She is also an active speaker, both domestically and abroad, on matters involving strategies and practice at the ITC, the domestic industry requirement at the ITC, and discovery in U.S. district courts.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Ms. Reynolds worked as an IP litigator for another law firm. She also served as a senior investigative attorney in the International Trade Commission's Office of Unfair Import Investigations, where she focused on Section 337 patent and trademark infringement matters. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Reynolds was a senior biologist at BioReliance, a leading provider of global biopharmaceutical testing services. When Ms. Reynolds is not litigating patent cases or speaking at seminars, she enjoys golf in North Carolina.
