Keith B. Davis

Keith Davis's practice focuses on patent and trade secret litigation, as well as other areas of intellectual property. His representations have involved technologies such as analytics, encryption, database systems and cache coherency, telecommunications systems, smart utility metering systems, MP3 players, flash and DRAM memories, semiconductor chip packaging and processing, and GPS systems. Representative clients include SAS Institute, IBM, Huawei, Ericsson, Sensus USA, SanDisk, Texas Instruments, Verity Instruments, Nokia, Dell, Freescale, and Motorola. Keith is also an adjunct professor for the University of Texas Law School, teaching strategies of intellectual property enforcement.

Before becoming an attorney Keith worked as an electrical engineer for LSI Logic, Raytheon Systems, and Lucent Technologies, where he engineered projects relating to microprocessors, complex digital signal processing systems, and switching power supplies.
