Prior to joining Parker Waichman LLP, Mr. Gitman was a Partner at a large Plaintiffs personal injury law firm based in Boca Raton, Florida where he handled matters in multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Gitman represented injured clients involved in motor vehicle and trucking accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents and premises liability.

Mr. Gitman previously represented insurance companies and corporations in civil and commercial litigation cases. This experience provided Mr. Gitman with valuable insight and hands-on experience into how cases are handled from varying perspectives. As a result, Mr. Gitman is able to use this knowledge to more vigorously represent Parker Waichman’s injured clients. Earlier in his career while working in Manhattan, Mr. Gitman represented the interests of Plaintiffs in class actions, securities litigation, consumer protection, antitrust law and additional types of cases on behalf of clients whom have suffered physical injuries and financial damages.
