Kelly Labritz is special counsel in the firm’s Corporate group and a member of the firm’s private equity and private funds practices. Her practice focuses on advising clients in connection with structured fund recapitalization and buy-out transactions involving late-stage funds, fund clients’ regular investing and divesting activities, and clients’ secondary transactions. She also regularly represents sponsors in a broad variety of private equity funds on formation and operating matters, including structuring executive compensation and carried interest arrangements.

Ms. Labritz also has significant experience in representing high net worth individuals in their formation and operation of family offices, including advising on regulatory compliance, investment activities, establishment of credit facilities and executive compensation arrangements.
