Kelsey McPherson is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins where she works on a variety of litigation matters with an emphasis on antitrust litigation. She is also an active participant in the firm’s pro bono program.

Ms. McPherson received her law degree from Stanford Law School where she participated in the Cyberlaw Clinic and served as a member of the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. She also spent time as a fellow in the USC Intellectual Property Clinic while attending law school at Stanford. Prior to Stanford, she worked at the Children's Welfare Project in the Office of the Public Advocate in New York City.
