Kendall's practice focuses primarily on the representation of sports organizations, motion picture studios, television networks and financial institutions in transactions involving the licensing, acquisition, financing, protection and management of intellectual property and media-related assets. She has worked on matters involving the licensing of sports broadcast rights for international sports organizations and professional teams, the formation of television networks, motion picture and television financing and distribution, intellectual property rights, new media and the licensing of original programming. Kendall also has an active pro bono practice, including a variety of entertainment-related matters.
