Kenneth Davis, Esq. is Senior Director, Business Development, of the corporate restructuring department of Epiq. With more than a decade of experience as a restructuring lawyer, Mr. Davis actively supports Epiq’s business development initiatives and cultivates strategic partnerships across the restructuring industry.
Previous Professional Experience
Prior to joining Epiq, Mr. Davis was Senior Counsel in the financial restructuring group of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he represented distressed investors, lenders, creditors, official and unofficial creditors’ committees, post-confirmation liquidating trusts, and debtors in complex domestic and international bankruptcy proceedings and out of court restructurings, including, among others, LightSquared, Nortel Networks, Calpine, Delta Airlines, NRG, and WorldCom. Earlier in his career, Mr. Davis practiced litigation and transactional law at prominent firms in New York and San Francisco.
